After providing basic information, our partner will do a federal criminal background search, civil court search, criminal state background search, fraud search, and verify your business licenses, insurance and commercial roofing references. We will also check your company's safety history. After you receive your approval, you can officially be a Top Roof Contractor!

To join Top Roof Contractors, there is a set up fee and a membership fee. The membership fee can be paid monthly or yearly. There is also the additional option to receive leads through Top Roof Marketing, which is an additional cost that varies depending on roof size. To learn more about our pricing, please contact us.
Once approved as a Top Roof Contractor, you will receive exclusive leads as long as you always reach out to the prospect within 24 business hours of receiving the lead.
We're far more than just a place to get commercial roofing leads. We also provide continuing education on commercial roofing business growth, discounts on marketing services from a commercial roofing specialist, a place to buy/sell equipment, business support, training events, insurance options, and so much more!
We do not make appointments for any contractors. If you receive a lead, we will provide all of the customers information to your company. We then request that you call to follow up as soon as possible to schedule an appointment. Our staff will help with follow up though and share useful feedback provided to us.
During your on-boarding process, we will work with you to determine your monthly budget, types of leads you wish to receive, and areas of service. We can not guarantee that you will receive leads every month, which is why we keep the membership cost so low (i.e. instead of the membership paying for leads, it covers the screening process, benefits of being an approved Top Roof Contractor, networking platform, continuing education, and other advantages of being part of the network).
You have the option to cancel your membership at any time. However, if you return to Top Roof Contractors 60+ days after your cancellation, we will have to redo the screening process. Top Roof Contractors can also cancel your membership for inadequate service to clients in your area. We will discuss this with you before that happens and allow you the opportunity to make it right first. Please see our terms of service for full details.
